What the policy covers

The policy covers digital products sold by The Nightstand under The Nightstand name. The 30-day period begins on the purchase date shown on your receipt.

How to request a refund

Email hello@thenightstand.site within 30 days. Include the email address used at checkout or the order number so the purchase can be found. You do not need to explain why.

What happens to the files

You keep the digital files already delivered. We do not ask you to delete them, prove deletion, or return anything.

How the refund is processed

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank and payment-processor timing can vary after the refund is issued.

Duplicate charges or delivery problems

If you see a duplicate charge or cannot access the download, email us. We will correct the order or issue the appropriate refund.
